With Grateful Hearts, Goodbye

With grateful hearts, we want to share that The Copper House and Val’s Bar at The Copper House will officially be changing hands on June 1, 2026.

We are beyond grateful to our community, Downtown Chandler, and all of the neighboring small businesses that supported us along the way. From overnight stays and events to milestone birthdays, weddings, and unforgettable nights, your support meant everything to us.

Because of you, The Copper House became something bigger and more special than we ever could have imagined.

Thank you for the memories, the love, and the support as our family grew this business from the ground up. We are incredibly proud to have been a part of the Downtown Chandler community.

We are excited for the new owners to complete their renovations and bring something fresh and new to Downtown Chandler. Stay tuned!
