About Us

 Jim and I have been married since 2010 and like so many, absolutely love Chandler. It has been such a wonderful place to raise our kids, and start our transition from my 9-5 in marketing and Jim’s business in the medical industry to our true passion of investing our future in real estate, design and marketing. We started our journey in real estate in 2009 when we purchased our first couple single family homes which we planned to fix up and rent. After a few years of owning homes and condos around the valley, we decided it was time to shift our focus again and renovate rundown multi family properties, our first being in Central Phoenix. We quickly discovered this was our favorite form of rentals and started rehabbing properties across the valley. 

Being Chandler locals we really wanted to shift our focus closer to home where we could work to improve our community. We were able to find a few properties around the Downtown Chandler area, but when the opportunity presented itself to buy the properties in Downtown Chandler you now know as The Stanley and The Copper House we were so excited! Our plan was to renovate and rent like we had in the past, but halfway through our renovations, Jim decided he wanted us to try the world of vacation rentals. Jim and I completed the renovations and interiors at The Stanley in the fall of 2020 opening for bookings that November. A year and a half later we started renovations on The Copper House and opened for rentals and small events in September 2022. 

Since opening the doors to both properties we have been supported by our community, our Downtown Chandler neighboring business and have hosted many guests for staycations, vacations and some incredible milestone events like birthdays, bachelorette weekends, corporate events and weddings. We are so grateful for the support our community has shown us and we truly look forward to creating many more memories at The Stanley & The Copper House in the future.
